Our shops are where we meet our new and existing customers who want to know more about our products and services.  It is where we build friendly customer service relationships by answering service inquiries and through the processing of bill payments.  We want our customers to feel the customer-centric culture which we believe in and we need driven people for that. • Identify customer needs and define the possible packages suitable for them and their household;

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through a friendly attitude;

• Ensure that customer inquiries are explained and solutions are provided.

• People fluent in Maltese and English

• A passion for meeting and greeting customers;

• Ability to build strong customer relationships;

• A proactive person who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team;

• Preferably with experience in a sales or in a customer service environment.
