IT Support Generalist (Part Time)

Mendaera is developing technology that will enable all healthcare providers to do more for their patients. Our platform combines real-time imaging, robotics, and artificial intelligence to make precise and consistent intervention more accessible. Our aim is to eliminate barriers in the patient journey, accelerate recovery, delight customers, and reduce cost of care.

The IT Support Generalist position provides a critical role by ensuring smooth operations for all the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, providing local  Technical Support Services to end users. The position will manage service requests and incident processing for end-user issues. This is an on-site position, working in our office in San Mateo.

The hourly salary range for this position is $25 - $35 per hour for 20-25 hours a week

• →Experience in IT technical support and administration for Windows and MacOS is helpful
• →Diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• →Ability to use asset management software and tools.
• →Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• →Understanding of Windows and/or MacOS operating systems
• →Familiarity with Linux is a plus.
• →Must be able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs and set up desks, ensuring all equipment is properly installed and operational for new hires.

Compensation: The hourly salary range for this position is $25 - $35 per hour for 20-25 hours a week
