Meraki Group is in search of an experienced Facade Foreman to lead our facade installation teams on high-rise and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of glass and aluminum systems and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

→ Supervise and coordinate daily operations for glass and aluminum façade installations.
→ Ensure all installation work is performed according to project specifications, approved drawings, and safety standards.
→ Lead a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
→ Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
→ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address issues and concerns promptly.
→ Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper handling and storage on-site.
→ Maintain proper documentation of daily activities, labor reports, and material usage.
→ Enforce health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or relevant vocational training in construction or engineering.
5+ years of experience in facade installation, specifically in glass and aluminum systems.
Proven experience leading a team and managing site activities.
Strong understanding of facade construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
