Role Summary  

MetaPhase Consulting is currently supporting the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) through CISA’s new international program.  In support of this project, MPC is seeking an International Travel Support Consultant with three (3) years of experience to support the agency’s international travel support needs and a variety of stakeholder engagement activities. They will provide hands-on support to the team in implementing and managing a series of programmatic growth activities aimed at growing the agency’s presence and support overseas with various government counterparts. They will serve as the point person for CISA delegations traveling overseas, spearheading the requests throughout the lifecycle of the travel approval process. They will also assist team members, providing regular sessions to educate staff on the international travel processes, and work to integrate requests into the tracking system for future travelers.  

  
What You Will Be Doing   

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with agency travelers and their back-stops.  

  • Support critical work-streams, including data analysis and reporting, and internal and external communications in support of international travelers, including multi-member delegations  

  • Strong communicator with the ability to interface with all travelers, including senior audience and field questions and inquiries in a balanced and professional manner.  

  • Strategize with client leadership to plan, develop, and implement concepts and strategies in support of international travel process improvements  

  • Plan and logistically support bilateral and multilateral travel delegations including passport and visa requirements, trip approvals, pre-trip training, and other agency travel requirements  

  • Support critical work-streams, including reporting, internal and external communications, including written materials, in support of international engagement activities, data analysis, and strategic planning 

  • Strategize with client leadership to plan, develop, and implement concepts and strategies in support of international projects and initiatives 

  
What We Need From You (Required)   

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in related field 

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting administrative functions.  

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.  

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle many tasks at once.  

  • Must have the ability to obtain CISA suitability. U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS).
