  As a Principal in the Energy & Utilities sector, you will be responsible for managing senior client interactions and play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  Supervise complex projects and apply your knowledge of business and organisational principles to develop pragmatic strategies, design actionable insights, drive change-management initiatives, and develop and execute value-accretive business cases.

  Provide end-to-end project management to meet client expectations, including oversight of multiple workstreams and initiatives, delivery quality, and senior stakeholder management.

  Leverage your Energy & Utilities expertise to understand client needs, frame strategic questions, and guide initiatives that address relevant sector challenges and opportunities.

  Oversee the formulation of strategic, data-enabled hypotheses and the subsequent advanced analysis of client, competitor, market, and industry data.

  Translate complex analyses into clear, practical recommendations, compelling presentations, and decision-making materials for senior client stakeholders.

  Guide project teams in delivering high-quality work, ensuring that outputs are rigorous, actionable, and aligned with the agreed objectives and timelines.

  Play a critical role in the personal development and growth of team members by providing on-the-job coaching, continuous feedback, performance evaluation, and support with personal-development planning.

  Identify and help shape opportunities within existing client engagements and contribute to Metyis’ business-development agenda through strong interpersonal and commercial skills.

  Participate in internal initiatives and company-wide capability and content development, contributing to the continued growth of Metyis’ Strategy & Execution practice.

• Proven expertise in the Energy & Utilities sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.

• 8–11 years of consulting experience, potentially combined with relevant industry experience, with at least 3+ years at project-lead level, managing both client engagements and project teams.

• Relevant exposure to strategy, business transformation, operational improvement, change management, and business-case development within the Energy & Utilities sector.

• Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to bring together stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on the advice provided.

• Proven ability to manage client engagements and relationships, guide teams, and take ownership of the quality of the engagement and its delivery.

• Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking, supported by a strong academic background.

• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative business models, analytical frameworks, and long-term strategies that drive sustainable business value.

• A genuine interest in contributing to Metyis’ business-development agenda through strong interpersonal and commercial skills.

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
