We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Sales Support Analyst to support our Sales Performance Department. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on data entry, report generation, and reporting accuracy to support business decisions.
Responsibilities

Audit and review recorded sales calls to assess quality, compliance, and adherence to company standards; provide structured feedback and escalate issues where necessary.

Monitor daily sales team activity and ensure timely, consistent client engagement across all assigned accounts and pipelines.

Maintain, update, and distribute accurate sales performance reports and tracking sheets using Excel on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Collaborate with the sales team to support outreach campaigns, follow-up workflows, and lead management activities.

Manage and update client data within the CRM system (preferably CCRM Antelope), always ensuring data integrity and completeness.

Identify operational gaps within the sales support function and proactively recommend process improvements.

Support onboarding documentation, client audit trails, and compliance reporting as required.

Liaise with internal departments including Compliance, Operations, and Finance to resolve client queries and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
~1 min readMinimum 1 year of experience in the forex or broader financial services industry, preferably in sales operations, client services, or a related analytical/support function.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms; CCRM Antelope experience is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
