Job Duties: Manage the demand planning processes. Initiate and implement programs, procedures and systems for inventory management, demand and supply planning. Ensure that the people, processes, and systems are in place to deliver the demand and supply framework for optimal service level and inventory. Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals (KPIs), objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Oversee corrective and mitigation actions to improve the effectiveness of the company’s business management system. Develop planning systems to replace excel and manual work including statistical forecast and machine learning tools. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requirements including maintaining customer specified service levels. Work with Sales, Supply Planning and Finance to ensure aligned forecasts.
Required education: Bachelor or equivalent in Information Technology, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or related
Required experience: 12 months as a Supply Chain Manager, or Demand Planner, or Senior Associate, or related.
Additional minimum requirements: 12 months of work experience in each of the following:
- Implement and optimize forecasting models with advanced Excel, Python, data modeling;
- Oracle E-Business Suite (ERP), Sales and operation planning, execution;
- Integrated business planning, process Gap Analysis;
- Enterprise portfolio planning, demand or supply planning;
- SQL, MRP systems.
