Responsibilities and Tasks: • Establish and improve equipment condition and technology. • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. • Establish and modify equipment management projects. • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. • Abnormal analysis and improvement. • Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, accelerate problem-solving, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field * Demonstrated skill in enhancing tool functionality and lowering operational expenses * Proficient abilities in initiating and adjusting process management initiatives * Proficiency in configuring machine parameters for semiconductor equipment * Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, promoting, and planning new equipment/materials * Outstanding problem-solving skills and capability to conduct root cause analysis * Capability to effectively carry out extended inquiries into defect problems * Strong collaboration and communication skills Job Profile(s): FAB Engineer 1 Relocation level: (TBD) Before Getting Started Please review Micron’s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
