Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all. Join an inclusive team passionate about one thing: using their expertise in the relentless pursuit of innovation for customers and partners. The solutions we build help make everything from virtual reality experiences to breakthroughs in neural networks possible. We do it all while committing to integrity, sustainability, and giving back to our communities. Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. •Location: Singapore – Fab10 •Department: Fab10 HVM Photo – Process & Equipment Engineering (PEE) •Project Title: Automation of NZO(Non-Zero-Offset) for HVM Photo •Project Description: •Non‑Zero‑Offset (NZO) is a critical photo process tuning knob to ensure overlay performance and yield protection. Today, key parts of the NZO workflow—including NZO generation, data review, and post‑implementation follow‑up—rely heavily on manual data analysis and engineering judgment. This approach is resource‑intensive and becomes increasingly inefficient as the number of process vintages expands across the manufacturing line. •This project aims to develop an automated, data‑driven NZO framework leveraging Python‑based analytics and modeling techniques. The intern will work closely with Photo process owners to understand the end‑to‑end NZO workflow, including wafer selection based on inline recipe and metrology criteria, NZO generation and system‑level key steps, and NZO validation requirements. Based on this understanding, the intern will propose and prototype an automation solution to reduce manual touches, improve consistency, and enhance operational efficiency for HVM photo processes. •Project Scope & Learning Opportunities: •Understand HVM photo process flow and NZO control concepts •Analyze historical NZO, inline, and metrology datasets •Develop Python‑based data pipelines for NZO analytics •Build statistical or machine‑learning models to predict NZO risk and behavior •Design automated logic or dashboards to support NZO decision‑making •Present findings, model performance, and recommendations to Photo engineering stakeholders •Deliverables: •Cleaned and structured NZO‑related dataset •Python scripts for NZO analytics and modeling •Statistical model for NZO behavior or trigger conditions •Automation concept (logic flow, prototype, or dashboard) for NZO handling •Final technical presentation and documentation •Skillsets Required: •Python programming (data analysis, modeling, visualization) •Basic knowledge of statistics or machine learning •Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking •Ability to work with large datasets •Good communication skills for technical presentation. •Course of interests: Engineering, Data Science. Duration Period: Min 4 months About Micron Technology, Inc. We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
