Description: ⎻Data analytics is increasingly applied in Micron’s semiconductor manufacturing environment ⎻Opportunity to learn and apply industrial data analytics to drive productivity, efficiency and process insights. Scope: ⎻Roles of metrology in a Frontend manufacturing Fab ⎻Advance metrology techniques and their automation in manufacturing ⎻Data analysis on the automated metrology process to identify opportunities and efficiency improvement Deliverable: ⎻Extract metrology data from relevant systems.
