Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. ## Responsibilities: * Coordinate area capacity planning, MOR management, and capacity optimization. * Manage max out planning and area funding submissions to ensure our projects are strictly aligned with goals. * Develop and implement comprehensive tool plans and NPI planning to drive efficiency. * Build and maintain capacity modeling to support ambitious growth targets. ## Minimum Qualifications: * A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Proven experience in capacity planning and optimization. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to determine and implement effective solutions. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a diverse team. ## Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Experience in the semiconductor industry. * Familiarity with NPI planning and capacity modeling tools. * A track record of successfully implementing projects in a fast-paced environment.
