Midi Health is seeking a high-performing Strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager (Contractor) to play a pivotal role in elevating our brand through the execution and growth of strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Director, Brand Partnerships, this role will lead post-signature partnership activation, go-to-market execution and ongoing partner marketing initiatives designed to drive awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and incremental revenue. Partnerships may include fitness, wellness, retail and strategic brand collaborations aimed at expanding customer reach and driving business growth.
Sitting at the intersection of business development and marketing, this role requires a strategic thinker with strong executional skills who can serve as the day-to-day marketing lead for partners, ensuring successful launches, cross-functional alignment, and long term relationship growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Strategic Development/Execution- Oversee strategic planning, GTM execution, and performance of partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive awareness, product sales and customer acquisition.
- →Cross-functional collaboration-Partner closely with product, marketing, clinical and finance, to execute impactful partnership programs and drive results.
- →Partner Management-Ensure brand alignment in all partner-related GTM materials including content and messaging, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and positioning across co-branded initiatives.
- →Measurement & Optimization-Measure and analyze partnership campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness, optimize programs and drive results.
- →Budget Management & Reporting-Manage program budgets, develop performance reports and deliver actionable insights to inform future partner initiatives.
- →Partnership Growth- Collaborate with partnership stakeholders to identify opportunities for expanded activations, campaigns, and revenue growth within existing partner relationships.

- Minimum 7+ years experience in partnerships, retail, brand marketing or partner marketing
- Demonstrated experience leading full-funnel marketing programs from conception through execution
- Experience managing multiple complex, multi-stakeholder co-marketing programs simultaneously
- Proven track record of partner marketing, channel marketing or strategic partnership activation
