• Proven track record of finding and engaging passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles (Performance Marketing based, Product Engineers etc).

• Hands-on with ATS (we use Ashby) and diverse sourcing tools.

• Comfortable with sourcing analytics and use data to prioritize and iterate.

• Flexible, and comfortable experimenting with new sourcing approaches and tools.

• Comfortable to work side-by-side with Hiring Managers.
