- Guide customers through platform implementation from kick-off to go-live, providing expert advice on architecture, functional choices, and integration requirements to shape their future marketplace
- Identify and resolve design or implementation risks, presenting strategic alternatives to ensure successful platform launches and post-launch expansion initiatives
- Serve as the technical liaison between customers and Mirakl Product teams, translating customer feedback into product development insights and enhancing customer understanding of platform value
- Manage 6-8 concurrent implementation projects, adapting quickly to diverse client environments and evolving technical requirements
- Contribute to team excellence by developing reusable assets, success stories, and staying current on Mirakl's product roadmap to maintain your trusted advisor position
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in implementation, pre-sales, integrations, or project/program management in the e-commerce ecosystem
- Proven track record of leading discovery sessions and designing sophisticated blueprints, functional scopes, or business requirement documents
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, from operational teams to C-suite executives
- E-commerce and marketplace business model expertise
- Solution design and problem-solving
- Stakeholder management across all levels
- Technical aptitude with APIs and web technologies (JSON/XML, RESTful APIs, Responsive Design)
- Multi-project management
- Postman (API testing)

- Salesforce (for account management)
- Datadog (API analysis of customer environments)

- English to native standard (must have)

What We Offer
~1 min read- 30-minute recruiter interview – Initial conversation with Heather Decoudun to learn about your background and motivations
- 45-minute hiring manager interview – Meet with Nicolas Gastaud to test the "Succeed Through Expertise" value and discuss the role in depth
- Three 45-minute value-based interviews – Meet with our EMEA Head of Solution Consulting, a colleague from the London office (in-person interview), and someone from our Product Management team. Each interview will be centered around our core values
- Debrief and decision – The hiring team will get together to make a final hiring decision and share detailed feedback
