Provide assistance to leadership, preserving the confidential nature of which he/she has knowledge.
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquires.
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions as needed.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
High school graduate with 2+ years of business experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing and spreadsheet software.
