Assists with management of SOC scheduling, back-fill coverage, including nights and weekends.
Responsible for excellent customer service to our patients, partners and people.
Strong communication to our patients/customers to ensure a high quality experience.
Partners with our clinicians to confirm coverage and TIC.
Maintains a master SOC scheduling coverage calendar.
Monitors all SOC workflow, including coordination notes.
Monitors all SOC scheduling reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness for each branch.
Emails evening and weekend on-call information to the branch to confirm accuracy.
Maintains accuracy of master zip code lists per branch as staff changes occur.
Coordinates field staff schedules to maintain proper productivity.
Coordinates caseloads with clinicians to determine which clinicians will be overseeing the SOC.
Speaks with patients regarding when employees are scheduled for SOC visits.
Contacts staff regarding new patients on their schedules for same day or past dates.
Collaborates with intake, insurance, BOM/BOS departments, the clinical supervisors, and the branch directors to resolve any scheduling issues/concerns/hard stops.
Reports high level issues to the Scheduling Supervisor on a weekly basis, or more frequent if necessary.
High school graduate with a minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Minimum of 1 year Customer Service
Ability to adapt and Multitask
Excellent communication and problem solving
