• →Framework Development: Build and maintain open-source tools and libraries that simplify the integration of AI agents with browser environments.
• →Performance Benchmarking: Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the reliability and efficiency of browser-based AI tasks.
• →Product Iteration: Move fluidly between frontend, backend, and model integration to ship full-stack features end-to-end.
• →Technical Advocacy: Produce high-quality technical documentation and posts that unpack complex engineering challenges and learnings.
• →Customer Collaboration: Act as a technical partner for early adopters to ensure successful implementation of the platform's infrastructure.

• Engineering Excellence: 4+ years of experience writing high-quality, production-grade code.
• AI-Native Workflow: A heavy user of AI agents within a day-to-day coding environment.
• Full-Stack Capability: Proven experience shipping product features from design through to model integration.
• Developer Focus: A strong interest in developer tooling and clear opinions on developer ergonomics and API design.
• Communication: Exceptional technical writing skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Product Sense: Strong intuition for product-market fit and the ability to prioritize features that drive developer value.
• Autonomy: The ability to thrive in a self-directed, highly autonomous work environment.
