Molded Dimensions Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Rubber Molder / Finishing Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team in Port Washington, Wisconsin. This is a versatile, hands-on position supporting both our molding and finishing departments to help ensure the production of high-quality rubber components that meet customer specifications.

What You'll Do
As a Rubber Molder / Finishing Operator, you will work across both departments as business needs require, performing molding, inspection, and finishing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate rubber molding equipment and monitor production processes.
- Maintain an adequate supply of raw materials and inserts for machine operation.
- Inspect molded components during production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform finishing operations on molded parts, including trimming and detailed inspection.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify customer specifications and product quality.
- Complete required production, quality, and inspection documentation accurately.
- Identify and communicate quality, production, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
- Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written instructions and inspection procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
