Visibility Campaign Team Leader - Student

We are looking for a motivated and responsible student to join our Visibility Campaign team at Monizze as a Team Leader. As a Visibility Campaign Team Leader, you will not only carry out field missions yourself, but also coordinate and support a small team of student agents across major cities. Your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth execution of the campaign by following the manager’s instructions, organizing the daily work within your team, and reporting progress clearly and accurately.

Like the rest of the team, you will help increase the visibility of Monizze in stores by ensuring the Monizze logo is displayed on shop windows and/or payment terminals of merchants accepting Monizze vouchers. If a merchant does not yet accept Monizze, you will either complete the subscription process or collect the necessary contact information. You will also contribute to creating engaging social media content to promote Monizze.

As a Team Leader, you are expected to act as a true brand ambassador while maintaining a professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset in the field.

  Coordinate and support a team of student Visibility Campaign Agents

  Follow instructions provided by the campaign manager and ensure proper execution within your team

  Monitor daily progress and report results, feedback, and issues clearly and on time

  Help organize routes and field planning for the team

• →

  Ensure Monizze visibility materials are correctly displayed in partner stores

• →

  Approach merchants professionally and assist with subscriptions when needed

  Collect and communicate relevant merchant information when required

• →

  Support the creation of authentic and dynamic social media content

• Minimum 18 years old

• Currently enrolled as a student in a university or college (business, marketing, economy, or sales preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Sales-oriented, comfortable asking questions, and spontaneous

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French; English is a plus, ideally comfortable in all three languages

• Professional and approachable attitude when interacting with shop owners/managers

• Able to work independently, punctual, and structured in execution and reporting

• Organized, punctual, and solution oriented

• Valid B driver’s license; comfortable driving for daily routes

• Full availability during July–August (5 weeks) with flexibility for full-day fieldwork

• Comfortable being on camera and able to create authentic, dynamic content
