MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. 
 
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO and now in Cape Town South Africa!

We’re looking for a People Data & Systems Analyst to help us build, manage and improve our People systems and data. This role will play a key part in the implementation of our new HRIS, helping to ensure the system is set up effectively and supports the needs of our teams and managers.

You’ll support the People Team and wider business with clear, reliable people metrics and compliance reporting, helping turn data into insights that support better decisions and ensuring we meet our reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where we employ people.

Following implementation, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing management and optimisation of our People systems, ensuring our data is accurate, reporting is insightful, and our processes are efficient.

  • Produce and maintain monthly People metrics and dashboards
  • Analyse people data (headcount, attrition, diversity, hiring, engagement etc.) and highlight trends
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business questions into useful data insights
  • Develop automated or scalable reporting where possible

  • Support the annual and ad hoc compensation planning processes, including preparing compensation planning sheets, consolidating proposals and tracking against budget
  • Partner with People Partners to provide market data and benchmarking insights for roles as needed
  • Review compensation proposals to ensure alignment with our compensation philosophy, internal equity and consistency
  • Identify and flag any potential bias or inconsistencies in compensation decisions, supporting fair and equitable outcomes
  • Support the annual and ad hoc compensation planning processes, including preparing compensation planning sheets, consolidating proposals and tracking against budget
    Partner with People Partners to provide market data and benchmarking insights for roles as needed
    Review compensation proposals to ensure alignment with our compensation philosophy, internal equity and consistency
    Identify and flag any potential bias or inconsistencies in compensation decisions, supporting fair and equitable outcomes
  • Support the implementation and rollout of a new HRIS, working with the People Team and external vendors
  • Help configure and test system workflows, data structures, and reporting including building customised dashboards. 
  • Maintain and optimise the HRIS post-implementation
  • Act as a first point of contact for HRIS queries and troubleshooting
  • Manage system upgrades, integrations, and improvements
  • Ensure strong data integrity, governance and documentation
  • Prepare and support People data reporting required for regulatory and compliance purposes across the jurisdictions in which we employ people (including the UK, US and South Africa)
  • Ensure People data is accurate, well-governed and accessible to support compliance reporting requirements 
  • Partner with the People Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure reporting obligations are met accurately and on time
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools etc.)
  • Experience working with data governance, accuracy and reporting frameworks
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) or business systems administration
  • Experience supporting a system implementation or migration
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work across teams
