Responsibilities

  • →Create, coordinate and maintain building estimates
  • →Responsible for tracking and managing cost of various projects
  • →Collaborate with various team members and/or other departments on various projects
  • →Ensure that any potential risk with the cost of the project is identified and clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders
  • →Responsible for developing forecast while integrating the scope growth process with the forecast
  • →Understanding and responsible for extracting data at the WBS and WO level
  • →Responsible for performing data analysis
  • →Responsible for creating, amending, and closing the purchase order process
  • →Creating and closing the experience with project builder, WBS, WO, and Network in the SAP system
  • →Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as needed
  • →Compile and generate periodic reports and templates all relevant stakeholders
  • →Demonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, as well as company values
  • →Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent education or related field 
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Cost Specialist managing or related field preferred
  • 5+ years experience in the Oil and Fabrication Industry
  • 5+ years of experience as a Cost Specialist managing multiple, ongoing, large projects. Experience with managing large volumes of data – such as using Power Platform (Excel –Power Query, SAP, Power Pivot)
  • Strong knowledge/mastery in SAP, Excel, and entire Microsoft Suite of programs. Experience with Power Platform (i.e., Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Bi, Power Apps) not required but preferred
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience operating standard office equipment
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen
  • For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
