Inventory Planner

Monitor inventory levels, sell-through trends, and SKU performance

Build and maintain inventory forecasts based on sales trends, seasonality, launches, and promotions

Manage replenishment planning and reorder timing across product lines

Maintain inventory health through accurate forecasting and inventory planning logic

Identify potential stockout or overstock risks proactively

Analyze inventory movement, weeks of coverage, and purchasing requirements

Maintain visibility into inventory performance and stock planning metrics

Support inventory reporting and operational planning processes

Provide inventory recommendations based on sales and operational data

Track purchase orders, production timelines, and inbound inventory schedules

Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory availability and delivery visibility

Monitor lead times and communicate supply risks or delays early

Maintain accurate inventory planning across operational systems

Coordinate with freight providers and 3PL partners on inbound inventory

Ensure inventory receipts and inbound shipments remain aligned with inventory plans

Resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues impacting stock accuracy

Maintain communication across suppliers, logistics partners, and operations stakeholders

Support inventory planning for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal demand spikes

Coordinate inventory readiness for launches and promotional periods

Align inventory planning with marketing and sales activity

Help maintain inventory balance during high-volume sales periods

3+ years of inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain planning experience

Strong ecommerce inventory planning experience

Experience managing SKU-level forecasting and replenishment planning

Experience supporting high-SKU ecommerce catalogs

Experience working in founder-led or fast-growing ecommerce brands

Experience supporting product launches, promotions, or seasonal inventory planning

Experience coordinating with suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL providers

Experience tracking purchase orders, lead times, and inbound inventory timelines

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory and sales data

Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or operational planning systems

Ability to proactively identify inventory risks and operational bottlenecks

Apparel, consumer goods, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand experience
