  • Address customer concerns, issues, and requests, providing relevant solutions or escalating when necessary.

  • Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

  • Gain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to offer informed responses to customer inquiries.

  • Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system and assist with generating reports when required.

  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
