Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with wholesale partners, distributors, and key accounts

  • Conduct consistent follow-ups through email, phone, and text to maintain strong account relationships

  • Address questions related to product availability, order timing, quality concerns, and service issues

  • Identify opportunities to improve placements, increase product mix, and grow account volume

  • Support new product launches, seasonal offerings, and promotional campaigns across wholesale accounts

  • Follow up on open sales opportunities and distributor commitments

  • Support distributor sales teams with product education, sales materials, and account-specific initiatives

  • Help identify and onboard new wholesale accounts when needed

  • Coordinate wholesale order intake, scheduling, pickup, and delivery timelines

  • Communicate directly with distributors and partners to confirm logistics details

  • Align with production and warehouse teams on inventory availability and fulfillment readiness

  • Troubleshoot order issues, shipping delays, shortages, and fulfillment challenges

  • Act as the communication bridge between wholesale, production, warehouse, retail, and leadership teams

  • Support inventory allocation planning between wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels

  • Communicate inventory constraints, release timelines, and sales priorities internally

  • Participate in planning and alignment meetings to support operational execution

  • Track wholesale performance across volume, product mix, inventory movement, and account activity

  • Maintain accurate account notes, trackers, and sales updates

  • Monitor key account activity and flag risks, follow-ups, and opportunities

  • Build and maintain reporting workflows in Google Sheets for leadership visibility

  • Coordinate invoices, order follow-ups, shipping documents, and distributor support materials

  • Support account-level administrative tasks tied to wholesale execution

  • Maintain organized records across orders, account activity, and partner communication

  • Help improve internal spreadsheet workflows and operational systems

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in wholesale sales, distribution, account management, logistics, or operations

  • Strong relationship management and partner communication skills

  • Experience coordinating orders, fulfillment timelines, and inventory movement

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, trackers, reporting, and data organization

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once

  • Familiarity with inventory planning and product allocation workflows

  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders
