We're seeking an Assistant Community Manager Help Create a Community Residents Love to Call Home Morgan Properties is seeking a customer-focused and motivated Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Top Field. In this role, you'll help deliver an exceptional resident experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a thriving apartment community. From welcoming residents and conducting tours to coordinating move-ins, community events, and administrative tasks, you'll play a key role in creating a place residents are proud to call home. $19.00- $22.00 per hour $300 Morgan Essentials paid out quarterly up to 20% discount living onsite Full Benefits- 401lK, paid holidays, and more! What You'll Do Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects. Conduct community tours and assist with the leasing experience. Support resident move-ins and move-outs. Help maintain resident records, accounts, and reports. Walk the property to ensure excellent curb appeal. Partner with maintenance teams to address resident needs. Assist with resident events and community engagement activities. Support daily operations and ensure company policies are followed. What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service or related experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
