Multi Site Service Manager

Advance your maintenance career with Morgan Properties- Where Growth and Opportunity Await!  Now hiring Multi-Site Service Managers!  We are seeking a Multi-site Service Manager with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the communities to ensure they meet both company standards and applicable laws.   As a Multi-site Service Manager, you will be expected to:   Establish and manage a 24-hour on-call schedule for multiple sites; respond as necessary.   Adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule for all property equipment and apartment systems across multiple sites.  Develop and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians through diagnosing problems and providing a resolution.  Mentor and guide maintenance technicians to increase their overall knowledge base and skill set.  Partner with office team members to provide exceptional service and follow-up to our residents on any maintenance issues that may arise.  Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials.  Establish a preventive maintenance schedule, make-ready schedule and general work order schedule for team.  Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units.  Compensation & Incentives  Base Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 Up to 50% Rent Discount  Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions  Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly  On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone  Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits  401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match  Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave  Hours & Schedule Monday – Friday:  8 AM- 5 PM Paid rotating on-call participation required  Must be available and prepared for emergency events  *Schedule subject to change based on business needs  What we’ll expect from you:  Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.  HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.  One-year certificate, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience #AC6250
