We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate/Director in the Finance Division to support the FSS Data Services DQC team which is responsible for all the data quality controls – accuracy and completeness of data consumed for Capital- Regulatory, Internal and Management Reporting.
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services for the Firm’s financial and capital resources.
This is an Associate position within our Data Management Job Family which is responsible for supporting data management across Finance including data sourcing, execution of data quality controls, data issues management & data governance.

## What you'll do in the role:
* Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm.
* Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products.
* Adhere to the Firm’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls.
* Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards.
* Monitor daily feed delivery for capital, balance sheet, and liquidity calculations and reporting and conduct data completeness / population checks.
* Oversee and perform data profiling and identify data quality issues.
* Oversee and perform data accuracy checks for data attributes and enrichment processes.
* Apply various controls to monitor and report on risk variances.
* Communicate and collaborate with users / escalate issues of critical data quality issues that may impact global calculations and reporting.
* Review, perform analytics to verify accuracy of financial reporting movements and liaise with key stakeholders to substantiate movements where applicable.
* Oversee collation and distribution of data to global calculation and reporting team.
* Produce data quality metrics for IT, Senior Management, and key stakeholders to monitor / measure progress and prioritize the Data Analytics agenda.
* Support tactical and strategic data issue resolution.
* Support various project delivery across the data space.
* Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and support manager in metrics preparation.
* Review and update relevant policies and procedures.
* Leverage Strategic tools available with the organization to create efficiencies.
* Team players and mentor the juniors in the team guide them with issue resolution when required and timely delivery.
## What you'll bring to the role:
* Working knowledge of Finance functional area, industry and competitive environment.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and adapt to various audiences.
* Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers.
* An associate who has preferably experience around Capital or Balance sheet reporting.
* A Graduate/CA/MBA Finance from a reputed college with good understanding of Financial Products, excellent communication skills.
* This role demands an eye to detail - Basic understanding of the Capital Data (Credit Risk & market risk) and Balance sheet reporting.
* Capital and money market instruments.
* Project experience & working knowledge of tools like Alteryx, Tableau & Power BI will be an added advantage.
* At least 2-6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
