As a Senior BI Analyst, you will help ensure that partner and campaign data is accurate, complete, and available for business intelligence reporting.
You will manage the partner data update process from initial file reception and validation through quality assurance, pipeline execution, and final dashboard verification. Your work will directly support the reliability of the data used for campaign reporting and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:

Receive, review, and consolidate Partner Data files provided through Excel, Google Sheets, email, or Google Drive.

Validate key data fields, including placement codes and placement names, against master and reference tables.

Consolidate validated information into the historical first-party data repository, ensuring that previous records remain accurate and unchanged.

Execute established Alteryx QA workflows, investigate identified flags, and resolve data inconsistencies before files continue through the reporting pipeline.

Prepare approved files and upload them to the appropriate server using FileZilla or FTP tools.

Execute and monitor Azure Data Factory pipelines that load validated information into SQL tables for reporting consumption.

Create and adapt SQL queries to validate partner information, retrieve reference data, and reduce errors before completing the full QA process.

Review Tableau dashboards to confirm that newly loaded information is displaying accurately and report any inconsistencies for resolution.

Use Adverity to retrieve missing campaign data and configure new campaign data connections when necessary.

Conduct recurring data quality checks by comparing information from Facebook Ads and Reddit Ads against internal tables.

Adjust QA frequency according to client needs, including weekly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual validation cycles.

Monitor existing Alteryx workflows and update internal calculation formulas when required.

Collaborate with partner teams and internal stakeholders to investigate file discrepancies and resolve reporting issues.
Requirements

Professional experience in Business Intelligence, data operations, marketing analytics, data quality assurance, or reporting.

Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including experience reviewing and consolidating large datasets.

Hands-on experience executing and troubleshooting Alteryx workflows.

Experience using SQL to query, validate, and reconcile data across historical and reference tables.

Experience executing or monitoring data pipelines in Azure Data Factory.

Experience reviewing and validating reporting dashboards in Tableau.

Familiarity with Adverity or comparable marketing data integration platforms.

Experience working with FileZilla, FTP tools, or similar file-transfer solutions.

Familiarity with campaign data from digital advertising platforms, particularly Facebook Ads and Reddit Ads.

Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and quality-assurance processes.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring reporting and QA deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with partners, client teams, and internal stakeholders.

Professional English proficiency for collaborating with international stakeholders is highly valued.
