OVERVIEW
Morning Brew is seeking a driven, intellectually curious Business Development Associate to join our Financial Brand Partnerships (Sales) team.
 
You will work alongside our most senior sellers to go deeper within key accounts, unlock net-new business with untapped financial brands, and develop the skills to own your own pipeline.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Account Research & Mapping: Build org charts for priority financial brands, identify decision-makers, surface insights that inform strategy
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with AEs on deal progression; prepare briefing materials, call notes, and follow-up assets
  • Training & Development: Shadow calls, gradually take on discovery conversations, and progress toward owning your own pipeline
  • Strategic Outreach: Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn; develop messaging tailored to financial services audiences
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 1-2 years in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Genuine curiosity about financial services and media/marketing trends
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  •  Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in building a long-term career in sales
COMPENSATION $80,000 base + variable DOE *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
