At MO, we challenge the status quo and help government leaders shape the future. We engineer scalable, human-centered solutions that help agencies deliver their mission faster and better. Our teams blend product, design, AI, data, and modern software practices to modernize legacy systems, build new digital platforms, and deliver mission-ready products that drive sustainable change.

We live by our values—Integrity, Excellence, Courage and Curiosity. They guide how we build, collaborate, and lead. From cloud infrastructure and data engineering to AI integration and service design, we connect technology and experience to deliver outcomes that scale.

We’re building a company where technologists, designers, and builders can serve the mission, grow their craft, and help shape the future of digital government. At MO, your work doesn’t just make a difference—it advances the mission and helps build a more capable, trusted, and human government.

We thoughtfully leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, improve decision-making, reduce manual work, and produce higher-quality deliverables. We value curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to continuously evolve how we work as AI capabilities advance.

  • Research target customers, mission priorities, organizational structures, vendor ecosystems, and buying patterns.

  • Identify opportunities aligned to MO’s capabilities in AI, product, design, data, cloud, service design, software engineering, and digital modernization.

  • Prepare concise research summaries for BD and leadership review.

  • Support early-stage capture activities by gathering information on customers, incumbents, competitors, partners, and contract history.

  • Assist with opportunity qualification using MO’s bid/no-bid criteria.

  • Help prepare pursuit briefs, call plans, partner profiles, customer summaries, and meeting prep materials.

  • Track action items from capture meetings and ensure follow-up items are documented and completed.

  • Support coordination between BD, capture, proposal, delivery, and executive stakeholders.

  • Identify and track strategic partners, small business partners, primes, subcontractors, technology partners, and teaming opportunities.

  • Support customer and partner meeting preparation, including background research, agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up documentation.

  • Maintain contact lists and relationship maps for key agencies and accounts.

  • Draft follow-up emails, meeting notes, and outreach materials as needed.

  • Support conference, industry day, and networking event preparation and follow-up.

  • Experience or exposure to federal contracting, GovCon, business development, capture, proposals, or agency research.

  • Familiarity with SAM.gov, FPDS, GovWin, GSA eBuy, NASA SEWP, agency forecasts, or similar platforms.

  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Airtable, or similar CRM/project management systems.

  • Understanding of VA, HHS, CMS, DHA, CDC, or related health and civilian markets.

  • Interest in AI, digital transformation, software delivery, product strategy, human-centered design, data, or cloud modernization.

  • Experience working in a structured, metrics-driven, accountability-focused business environment.

  • A dynamic, high-trust environment with a diverse, mission-driven team
