The IT Project Manager III is responsible for leading, planning, managing and directing change management activities across complex clinical, operational, and enterprise technology initiatives. This role partners closely with Project Managers, operational leaders, and DTP stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of change through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning. Responsible for maintaining working relationships with client functional areas outside of IT. S/he is required to achieve the objectives of concurrent projects, with enterprise-wide impact by applying established change management methodologies too assess organizational impact, develop and execute change plans, and support leaders and end users throughout the change lifecycle for large scale projects.
- Works in tandem with Project Managers and top management to achieve corporate objectives by leading the change efforts which include operational workflow changes, clinical transformations and other enterprise-wide changes.
- Creates the Change Management strategy within the project plans and objectives. Conducts organizations impact and stakeholder assessments and translates findings into actionable change strategies.
- Communicates progress as it relates to Change Management to top management and modifies schedules as required.
- Works with clients, staff and outside vendors as required. Establishes quality and performance targets.
- Applies effective change management methodologies and techniques.
- May recommend changes to the leadership and other stakeholders to mitigate resistance points, and adoption barriers, consistent with achieving broad objectives.
- Lead and support departmental communication and engagement activities to advance organizational priorities and change initiatives.
- Lead the development and review of communications to support departmental priorities and leadership messaging.
- Performs additional duties as assigned or requested.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Experience:
- 10 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of technology of which at least five years in a leadership position, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and team building skills, business judgment, and proven expertise in directing the efforts of a technical staff.

The salary range for the role is $140,000.00 - $202,012.78 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
