Retail Operations Programme Manager

This is an exciting time to join Mountain Warehouse as we expand our global store estate and continue to look at new and innovative ways to improve what we do. The Retail Operations Programme Manager plays a key role in driving and supporting business transformation within the retail function. This is a newly created role working closely with the Senior Head of Retail Operations & Transformation. You’ll be a key architect of how our stores run and will be brimming with innovative ideas on what can be done to make life easier for them, create operational efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and commercial performance across retail.

This role is responsible for creating compelling business case for change, then managing and delivering a structured program of retail and cross-functional projects that land right first time for our stores. You’ll have a passion for store operations and the knack for spotting better ways of doing things, and how these may need to differ by location for a global retailer with a strong presence in North America, Australia and New Zealand.
