About the Role

As the VP of Agency Partnerships at Beast Industries, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling our presence within the global advertising agency ecosystem. This leader will serve as the primary bridge between the MrBeast ecosystem and major agency holding companies (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Havas, Dentsu), unlocking access to their highest-priority clients.

You will drive revenue by educating agencies on our full suite of products, with a specific focus on unlocking new business and landing new product opportunities, branded integrations, and media solutions. This role demands a high-level "consultative seller" who can translate the power of the world’s largest creator into the language of media planners, buyers, and brand strategists.

Responsibilities

  • Agency Ecosystem Leadership: Serve as the lead architect for our agency channel strategy, building deep, high-level relationships with agency investment leads, heads of video, and chief brand officers.
  • Ad Sales & Media Launch: Drive the adoption of newly launched ad sales opportunities across our channels, ensuring our media inventory is integrated into major agency upfronts and scatter buys.
  • Strategic Education: Lead the "evangelism" of our product suite; educate agency teams on how to leverage our IP, branded content, viral platform (Vyro), and production capabilities to meet their clients’ KPIs.
  • Direct-to-Client Access: Leverage agency relationships to secure "seat at the table" meetings with top-tier global brand CMOs and decision-makers.
  • Integrated Deal Structuring: Collaborate with internal teams to package 360° campaigns that combine traditional ad placements with high-impact branded integrations and IP licensing.
  • Revenue Accountability: Support the delivery of global revenue targets by building a robust pipeline of agency-led business and ensuring seamless execution of multi-million dollar commitments.
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the internal voice of the agency; provide feedback to Content, Product, and Sales Ops teams to ensure our offerings remain "agency-friendly" and competitive in the marketplace.
  • 15+ years of experience in media sales, agency leadership, or strategic partnerships at leading platforms or major agency holding companies (e.g., Google/YouTube, Meta, Disney, NBCU, or a major media agency).
  • Deep Agency Rolodex: Proven track record of navigating the complex hierarchies of major global agencies and securing large-scale media mandates.
  • Ad Tech & Media Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of the ad sales landscape, including video investment, programmatic buying, branded content, influencer marketing, and the integration of social/digital media into traditional planning cycles.
  • Master Storyteller: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to translate "creator-led content" into data-backed strategic opportunities for sophisticated global brands.
  • Complex Negotiation: Demonstrated success in negotiating high-value, multi-year master service agreements (MSAs) and complex partnership contracts.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "startup" environment within a global brand, building processes where they may not yet exist.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Skilled at aligning internal creative and production teams with the rigorous requirements and timelines of external agency partners.
