• →Assist with setting up laptops, accounts, software, and other IT equipment for employees.
• →Help track and manage IT assets and equipment.
• →Support basic system, network, and access-related tasks.
• →Assist with onboarding and offboarding IT requirements.
• →Keep IT records and documentation organized and up to date.
• →Work with the team on ongoing IT tasks and projects.

• A university student majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Eligible for a university internship / COOP training program.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Able to work well with different teams and provide helpful IT support.
• Available to complete the required university training period.
