Overnight Armed Security Officer

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Position Type: Armed Corporate Security / Mobile Patrol

Position Overview

Clark International is seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and highly professional Armed Security Officer to protect a corporate property during the overnight shift.

This is a mobile security position involving foot patrols, incident response, access and property checks, and detailed reporting. The ideal candidate will combine sound judgment, strong communication skills, physical readiness, and confidence operating in an armed security role.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled and randomized foot patrols throughout the assigned property.
Identify and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, property damage, and other unusual conditions.
Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
Assess developing situations, make sound decisions, and take appropriate action within established policies and legal authority.
Use verbal de-escalation and conflict-management techniques whenever appropriate.
Maintain accurate patrol logs, activity records, and detailed incident reports using company-provided software.
Maintain assigned equipment and immediately report any equipment concerns.
Provide a visible, professional security presence while representing Clark International and the client.
Follow all Clark International policies, client procedures, post orders, and applicable laws.
Perform additional security-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Pistol qualification completed within the previous 12 months and consistent with recognized law-enforcement standards.
Demonstrated proficiency in safe firearm handling and defensive tactics.
Strong verbal communication, conflict-management, and de-escalation skills.
Sound judgment and the ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies.
Ability to conduct extended foot patrols and perform the physical duties of the position.
Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and comply with Clark International’s uniform and grooming standards.
Dependable attendance and availability to work the assigned overnight schedule.
Preferred Experience

Preference may be given to candidates with one or more of the following:

Prior or current law-enforcement experience
Military police or security forces experience
Emergency response team experience
Private investigations experience or licensure
Previous armed corporate security or mobile patrol experience
