Robert Bradway’s Plumbing & Heating Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience to join our growing team.

We are a local, established plumbing and heating company based in Hillsdale, NY. We’re busy, we’re growing, and we’re looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in doing the job right.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• $28–$38/hour based on experience
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
• Paid 1/2-hour lunch
• 40+ hours per week

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As one of our HVAC Service Technicians, you'll handle service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems at customer locations throughout our service area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system problems
• Servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning equipment
• Performing routine and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Identifying problems and determining appropriate repairs
• Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate service and repair records
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Following company and industry safety procedures
• Working independently while being part of a dependable team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is an experienced technician position, so applicants must have:

• At least 3 years of HVAC experience — REQUIRED
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Hands-on experience servicing and repairing HVAC equipment
• Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
