Machine Operator I

The Machine Operator I is an entry level position which supports the organization by performing essential warehouse tasks and operating various machinery. · Slitting a variety of adhesive materials per unique customer specifications

· Packaging and kitting orders

· Preparing orders for shipment per customer requirements 

· Operating slitting machines, shrink tunnels, pallet wrappers, click presses, and basic CNC programs with proper set-up techniques, diagrams, and work instructions

· Performing Quality inspections of finished goods during and after production

· Utilizing Warehouse Management System to track material and record orders

· Maintaining lot segregation and quality control throughout the warehouse

· Material handling, inspection, and product verification

· Participate in inventory management and validation 

· Adhering to machine maintenance schedules and maintaining service logs

· Process documentation and adherence to robust quality program

· Maintaining safety, organization, and cleanliness of warehouse 

· Other duties as assigned

· Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and understand written direction

· Technical hands-on material handling experience is a plus

· Familiarity with quality and safety standards

· Highly attentive to detail 

· Experience working in a fast-paced production and sales environment

· Some experience with forklift operation preferred

· Basic computer skills preferred

• Good mobility and able to lift up to 60 pounds 
• Able to stand for long periods during shift
• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse which may require lifting, standing, and carrying, during the workday 

· Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and understand written direction
