Job Description
Join our team in a unique role, providing technical and administrative support for the Aegis Modernization Program at Norfolk Naval Station. This position includes programmatic support for AEGIS Modernization (AMOD) Program leadership, support of the AMOD test team, and customer integration of waterfront programs and team tasking.

Responsibilities:
Directly support the AMOD Program by providing programmatic and administrative support to our East Coast Aegis Test Officer (ATO) and Aegis Test Manager (ATM). This involves conducting test team man-power analysis, and managing program Standard Operating Procedures, status of Ship Availability milestones, and availability milestone extensions. Selected candidate is responsible for compiling presentation briefs, collecting and analyzing long term schedules, participating in various meetings to capture and track action items through resolution, and managing Configuration Review Board meetings.

Responsible for providing operational facility management and management of the AEGIS Modernization Team (AMT) Test Equipment Program. This includes checking in/out test equipment, conducting inventory control and routine hands-on inventory inspections, maintaining calibration records, and providing structured reports for accountability.

The selected candidate will need to be detailed and goal oriented, with a high level of self-accountability, professionalism, motivation, and dedication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team setting. Tasking is performed in an office environment, however ship visits in an industrial environment may be required.

This position is located in Norfolk, VA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Norfolk or surrounding areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma and 3 years related work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Access, Teams) and Adobe products



Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $51273 - $87164
