Per Diem Career Float Pool RNs may float within one or more of the following specialty clusters:

Adult ICU/PACU
Adult Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care (PCU)
Women's Services
NICU, PICU, and Pediatrics
Emergency Services
Each per diem Career Float Pool RN is assigned a Tier Status based on the number of specialty clusters in which they maintain competency. Tier assignment reflects the breadth of clinical areas the RN is qualified to support.
