Job Description
This role is critical to supporting efficient supply chain operations, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and process improvement. The analyst/planner will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of materials and services for oil and gas projects, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Develop dashboard and KPIs to measure inventory efficiency.
Inventory & Materials Management
Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder points to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Support demand forecasting and material planning processes.

Procurement & Supplier Management
Assist in sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve reliability.

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations (oil and gas industry preferred).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and ERP systems (Oracle JDE).

Knowledge of oilfield services supply chain operations, including manufacturing, is an asset.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Familiarity with category management and supplier negotiation strategies.

Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
