At Mulberry, our Assistant Managers are known as People & Experience Leaders because we believe great retail leadership starts with great people and exceptional customer experiences.

As we prepare to open our brand-new store, we are looking for a People & Experience Leader to join us from 1 November and play a key role in building the team, shaping the store culture and creating memorable experiences for our customers from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new Mulberry store and contribute to an exciting period of growth for the brand. To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about developing people, driven to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and committed to learning and growing both yourself and those around you. We want you to become an expert in your field and play an active role in bringing our 'Back to the Mulberry Spirit' strategy to life.

-        You will develop and maintain key customer relationships using instore CRM tools to support you and your team.

-        You will be influential and develop a network around you to help deliver your goals and accelerate store growth.
-        You will demonstrate expert market awareness and the ability to use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
