We like plants, people, and beautiful spaces. John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we’re as committed as we’ve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. Today we’re a team of a few hundred people, but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world. And we have fun doing it.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a member of our Home + Holiday team, you’ll report to the Home + Holiday Manager. Your primary focus will include helping our customers purchase décor, outdoor pottery, and patio furniture – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.

YOUR IMPACT

• Model our Customer Journey: The 15:5 Rule, Be the Guide, Keep It Seamless, Forget-Me-Nots, and Close the Deal

• Own our Evergreen Guarantee™, the 100% customer satisfaction promise at the heart of our customer experience

• Support our Front-End team during backups at the cash registers by executing merchandise purchases, returns, exchanges, and encouraging customers to enroll in our loyalty program and advocate for our Community Round-Up partner

• Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklist

• Assist in planogram execution to ensure a thoughtful and inspirational sales floor
