• →Review RFPs and work orders
• →Perform site visits (if local)
• →Perform Takeoffs
• →Research plans and coordinate with local jurisdictions
• →Attend meetings with HOA boards, property managers & property owners
• →Develop estimates in InEight
• →Build scopes with assumptions/exclusions
• →Manage proposal timelines
• →Communicate with clients
• →Coordinate handoff to PMs
• →Track proposals
• →Support change orders

• Ability to read and interpret construction civil drawings. Plan views and details/cross sections/profiles.
• Provide accurate take off quantities.
• Attention to detail and understanding critical importance of hitting due dates.
• Civil/Stormwater/Landscaping estimating experience
• Production-based estimating ability
• Strong communication skills
