At Bentley Edison and Maserati of Central New Jersey, we are seeking an enthusiastic BDC (Business Development Center) Specialist / Internet Sales Agent to join our winning team. As part of the prestigious Murgado Automotive Group, you’ll play a vital role in helping deliver exceptional customer experiences in our state-of-the-art dealership.

What You’ll Do:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
Schedule appointments for vehicle service and sales
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a customer database
Handle customer concerns and questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet dealership goals

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
Previous experience in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred, but not required)
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
