Key responsibilities include:

  • Guide customers through vehicle features, benefits, technology, and ownership information with confidence and professionalism.
  • Ensure every customer understands operating features, warranty coverage, and delivery paperwork before leaving.
  • Stay current on new and used inventory, vehicle locations, market conditions, incentives, and dealership/factory campaigns.
  • Use CRM tools to contact customers, schedule encore deliveries, and document follow-up activity.
  • Perform on-site and remote new and Certified Pre-Owned vehicle deliveries, including second delivery demonstrations (encore).
  • Send personalized welcome emails and make follow-up calls within three days of a new or CPO purchase to encourage engagement and schedule encore appointments.
  • Escalate customer questions, concerns, and open items to the appropriate sales or management team members.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals aligned with dealership objectives.
  • Greet and assist showroom customers as needed and support the management team with dealership traffic and showroom coverage.
  • Record all lot traffic, including customer name, email, and phone number, accurately and consistently.
  • Attend scheduled sales meetings, special events, and complete other assigned duties as needed.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain vehicle features, technology, and ownership information clearly.

Customer Service: Proven ability to create a positive, professional, and high-touch customer experience from delivery through follow-up.

Technical & CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, virtual communication tools, and dealership technology platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Required: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and at least 5 years of driving experience.
