Responsibilities

As a Regional Support Specialist, you will work directly with the Commercial HVAC Regional Sales Team located in the Richardson, Texas office and support the sellers in order management and customer service based in the Ramos Arizpe office.
As a Regional Support Specialist, you will:
- →Manage account relationships.
- →Create and manage daily customer quotations.
- →Negotiate plan and spec jobs with respective house accounts.
- →Complete order entry, order maintenance, and management of order delivery process.
- →Manage weekly bid schedule.
- →Prioritize projects and communicates bid date and time, co-coordinating quoting responsibilities, and objectives with Commercial Territory Managers.
- →Manage quote follow-up process including updating weekly open quote reports, updating CRM to reflect quote status and coordination with 3rd party vendors.
- →Assist in credit and collection activities.
- →Manage the order credit approval process to avoid delays and past due orders.
- →Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately, reducing manual overrides and allowances.
- →Coordinate and manage quotes and orders within guidelines for residential districts.

- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
- Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
- Ability to organize multiple projects.
- Detailed knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
- Knows MS Office and a variety of other applications.
- Leadership ability.
- Adaptability.
