Summary: This position inspects products, runs tests, records results, and supports corrective actions to ensure products and processes meet company, industry, and regulatory quality standards. Responsibilities: Inspect and test raw materials, in-process items, and finished products using visual, mechanical, or laboratory methods. Execute test protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs); record and report test data and nonconformances. Maintain documentation including batch records, inspection logs, and calibration certificates. Support investigations into defects and deviations; perform root-cause data collection and help implement corrective actions. Calibrate and maintain inspection and test equipment; escalate equipment failures to engineering or maintenance. Participate in audits and compliance activities; prepare evidence and follow audit findings to closure.
