Unit Clerk: Full-Time

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours/week | 8:30am-5:00pm | Monday-Friday 
Department:  Kresge Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center | Chelsea Retirement Community | Chelsea, MI

What You’ll Do:

As a Unit Clerk at Kresge Health & Rehab Center, you’ll play an important role in keeping daily operations organized, responsive, and welcoming. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors, providers, and team members while supporting both the admissions and nursing departments.

In this role, you’ll help manage incoming calls and visitors, coordinate resident appointments and transportation, support admission and discharge processes, maintain important records and communication, and assist with a variety of administrative needs throughout the building. You’ll also work within the electronic medical record and help ensure information is accurate, current, and communicated appropriately.
