As our part-time Digital Marketing Specialist at Lancaster Products, you'll lead marketing for an industrial manufacturer in Lebanon, PA from a fully remote home base anywhere in the Eastern time zone. This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute, optimize, and help evolve our digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities

To support our Marketing Manager, we are seeking a hands-on, part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to support campaign planning & execution, content development, and ongoing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or B2B marketing and can translate strategy into effective, measurable campaigns.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels
- Develop and refine campaign assets (emails, landing pages, ads, etc.)
- Create and edit content aligned with technical/industrial audiences, including our monthly newsletter, website copy, brochures, white papers, and case studies
- Coordinate and publish content on website and social platforms (especially LinkedIn)
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (KPIs, conversions, ROI)
- Support SEO and paid media efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate new campaign ideas
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
Requirements

- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Strong writing and content development skills for technical audiences
- Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and paid digital advertising
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics
- The ability to be a self-starter who can manage projects independently in a part-time, remote role
- Availability within a 9am-5pm ET window for meetings
- Hands-on social media management, especially LinkedIn, including a working understanding of how the algorithm behaves
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical markets strongly preferred
- A degree in marketing, communications, or writing is preferred
- Occasional availability to come onsite a plus!
