Senior System Engineer

Support the Technical Director in cloud migration efforts, strategic product road mapping, and technical debt reduction across a large and diverse product portfolio. This role will evaluate current applications and future-state options, support redevelopment planning, and help document technical strategies and modernization plans. The ideal candidate brings strong software development or application engineering expertise, experience with cloud architecture efforts, and the ability to work collaboratively across large product teams in an Agile-at-scale environment.

• →Proven experience providing programmatic and systems engineering support to Agency programs
• → Experience developing and evaluating Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for IT and/or operational mission programs
• →Strong communication skills
• →Knowledge of Agency systems engineering processes and tools
• →Knowledge of Agency programmatic processes and tools

• 20 years of Systems Engineering experience on programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related field
• Five additional years of SE experience may substitute for the degree
• Experience in systems architecture, interface analysis, lifecycle engineering, trade studies, and technical documentation aligns strongly with the SE3 LCAT baseline
